The Japan Society of Vacuum and Surface Science (JVSS) will hold the Annual Meeting 2025 (JVSS2025) from October 20th to 22nd in Tsukuba, Japan.

The JVSS cordially welcomes presentations and participations from the JVSS International Affiliates including the Thin Films Society without registration fees for JVSS2025. Â
Oral presentations in the International Joint Symposium and some topical sessions will be given in English. And including other presentations given in Japanese, all the abstracts will be written in English and most of the presentation slides and posters will be displayed in English.
